so whats the difference between the 11-12-13 series 936??

Yea I have had my 936 for about two years now and love it. Never any issues, and it is always hot when you need it to be. It heats up in seconds and the temp adjust is a nice feature. My iron tip still look like it did when it was brand new. I bought a spare but who knows when it will be put into use?

Same unit, but with different irons.

11 = small iron/tip
12= medium iron/tip
13 = large iron/tip
