Crap like that is the reason I don't bother with the LHS unless its something really small that I need RIGHT now, which is VERY unlikely. I always order it. The 2 LHS are here are pathetic. One in particular, which EVERY time I've been to and went to get something, they were always out of stock and had to order it. One time I went in for about 12 things, and walked out with 2. They had to order everything else (not like I waited...). One time I went in there, and the guy, who I've actually know for a long time, but still despise, told me to get a certain Rotostart and a certain OWB, yet when I got home, he gave me the wrong OWB. Guess what? He wouldn't even take it back... Damn thing only cost $20.
