I replaced the bearing with new one but the same failure happened again, I didn’t perform any kind of maintenance this time.

I suspect that the front cover of the motor might have something to do with it.
After the 1st bearing failures I replaced the front cover with new a cover from Castle (got it with Rotor under warranty). I compared the cover I got from Castle to my old cover and found out that there is a different with the bearing housing. The bearing housing on the new cover is thinner and has more room for bearing play.
Look at the picture below, the cover on the left is the one I got from Castle.
