The front alloy prop shaft did't last long so a 12mm steel one now sits in it's place.
Got a 33kg servo that can handle up to a 3s lipo from HK for about $80 delivered.

Lipo's brackets done.
I mounted the ESC on the underside of the roof, it's out of the way and the wires are much neater coming down to meet the battery's and motor
