You will LOVE the 1518 motor. it is all I run now. Gear higher and it runs stronger than the 1515 in any of my vehicles. Runs cooler and won't blow the rotor like a 1515 does when it gets hot. I have never blown a 1518 because they simply dont turn as many RPM. I have sure blown a couple 1515 rotors....That is my experience with the 1518.

OK, so a 1518 will be, + with the 1518 i don't have to cut the TVP's, only make the motor mounts bigger.

Thanks for all.

The 1717 will run very nicely on 6s but the biggest problem will be getting it in the truck and getting a decent gear mesh ?

Heres what I did

Will need a RCM 3.3 Revo conversion motor mount and look here.

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

Alza Racing sells a 49.50MM motor mount. I need to cut a little bit the rear of the right tvp. But I think is going to work. I put pics when Finish.
