Regarding the RPM limit from Off Shore... I'd guess its a matter of the application rather than the motor. Think about it... even 25k RPM is mind boggling for a propeller... you need the right prop or you'll just make alot of bubbles :)

That's exactly right, the RPM limit on OSE is regarding boat applications.
