Sorry to hear that you chewed up your gear. As much as I like the plastic ones to reduce noise, I am sticking with the steel one for just your reason. If you could find a Tekin truggy motor that would work as well...such as a TT2353 which is a 1700kv or a TT2352 1900kv. Both motors are bigger than the 1512 you are using and will surely run cooler as well due to longer and larger rotor. Many used ones can be found on RCTech for sale. I buy a lot of my gear used there


1. MBX-6 T8 1900KV, RX8 ON 4S
2. MBX-5T 1520, MMM ON 5S
3. MBX-5 ONROAD CONVERSION 1515, MMM ON 5S
4. MRX-3 ON ROAD CONVERSION 1512, MMM ON 6S
5. TEN T 2650 T8, MMP ON 3S
