You can get a free rolling bearing on the cheap by removing the seals of a regular bearing and using only a light oil.

I've been getting some nice bearing from avid-rc.com, it's the dollar store of bearings. Every bearing is a buck. They have several styles... but nothing fancy, no ceramics or super high grade.
