Hobbycity sells them, but dont be fooled, those are quality chargers.

I had ST Pro and it was silent,i used Robinson Racing pinions, also Hot Racing was quiet but its not hardened.
With right gear mesh its silent and no need for plastic spurs.

RPM rating is with rated voltage at no load.
